1. the service

Mentat is an engineering knowledge sharing platform provided by Integrity Evolution Inc. It connects to your team's workplace tools to analyze expertise distribution, conducts AI-powered interviews with subject matter experts, and generates knowledge documentation to help teams share what they know.

2. accounts

To use Mentat, you must create an account and set up an organization. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and the security of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. billing

• Mentat offers a free trial period, after which a paid subscription is required
• Subscriptions are billed monthly per organization
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

4. your data

• You retain ownership of all data from your connected services
• Interview transcripts and generated knowledge documents belong to your organization
• We use your data solely to provide and improve Mentat
• We do not use your data to train AI models
• You may export or request deletion of your data at any time

5. connected services

Mentat integrates with third-party workplace tools. By connecting a service, you authorize Mentat to access data from that service for knowledge analysis. You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to grant this access and for complying with the third party's terms of service.

6. acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Mentat for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to compromise or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or copy our technology
• Resell or redistribute access without authorization

7. intellectual property

Mentat's technology, software, and design are owned by Integrity Evolution. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for your organization's internal purposes.

8. disclaimers

Mentat is provided "as is." AI-generated content, including interview analysis and knowledge documents, should be reviewed by your team. Expertise distribution metrics are directional estimates based on available data. Mentat supplements -- but does not replace -- direct communication between team members.

9. limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Integrity Evolution shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or damages exceeding the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months.

10. termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or abuse. You may terminate at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

11. changes to terms

We may update these terms with notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
