How do I get started?

Create a workspace and connect one source. If you would rather see it first, book a demo and we walk through your stack together.

Is there a minimum or a contract?

No minimum, and no contract on monthly billing. Buy 1 to 200 seats at $49.99 per seat per month. Annual billing charges $599.88 per seat per year at the same rate and commits that seat count for twelve months.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, a 7-day trial that starts when you create a workspace. If you need longer, write to alex@aimentat.dev and we extend it.

Can I add or remove seats?

Add seats whenever your invoices are paid up, and Stripe prorates the difference over the rest of the current period. Seats you committed to for a term cannot be reduced until renewal.

How is billing handled?

Stripe charges your card monthly, or once a year on the annual term, per seat. Stripe Tax calculates VAT or sales tax against your billing address, and you can add a VAT or EIN so it appears on the invoice.

larger rollout or custom terms?

A bigger team, a custom contract, a security review, or anything outside the standard terms belongs in the demo, and we sort it out together there.
