How do I get started?

Book a demo. We walk through your stack together, and after the call your team admin gets a private link to set up the workspace. We onboard each team hands-on rather than dropping you into a self-serve signup.

Is there a minimum or a contract?

Yes. A 10-seat minimum on a one-year term. At $49.99/seat/month billed annually, that starts at about $6,000/year.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, a 7-day trial, set up with you after the demo. Because we onboard each team by hand, the trial is something we configure together rather than a self-serve countdown.

Can I add or remove seats?

Add seats any time; they're prorated against the remaining term. Reductions take effect at renewal, and the 10-seat minimum stays in place.

How is billing handled?

One annual invoice, per engineer. Stripe Tax calculates VAT or sales tax against your billing address, and you can add a VAT or EIN so it appears on the invoice.
